Students are attending this school are from Hulhudhoo school and Shamsudheen School after completing Grade 7. Before joining to the school they have to write exam which is called diagnostic test. Students are divided in the classes according to the marks scored in the diagnostic exam.
In Seenu Atoll School, they are teaching two streams , They are Commerce and Science. And We are teaching Computer science and Fisheries science , and Travel and tourism as option . Travel and tourism is a option for the commerce students . other subjects teaching in commerce are Islam , Dhivehi, English, Maths, Economics, Accounts and Commerce. In science stream Islam , Dhivehi , English, Maths, Biology, pysics , Chemistry
